It's been close to two weeks since I applied for my FC membership. The lack of communication is pretty disappointing since I had to reach out to them and got the pretty standard response (I feel like) of "we need more info". I'm trying to give it time because I'm sure they have plenty of applications, but I don't know if I'd recommend it at this point.

When I made my application, I included my business phone number and linkedin info. I don't recall a long delay in the process, but I wasn't really in a hurry either way. If the answer is "we need more info", then you have your answer. If your card has been charged then you have a legitimate beef, if it has not, then you don't. Was there a reason you needed it processed right away? My guess is there was a rush in people signing up once the CET partnership was renewed.

Thank you sir!
In everyone's opinion, do you think the Diamond status benefit staying long term (or at least until the end of 2021) is a safe bet? I know it's subjective, but I'm curious what the collective thought is; especially from people who've had the card a long time. I'm deciding between a 1 or 2 year membership, and the Diamond status benefit is my primary reason for applying.
Thanks!

It has been renewed for a number of years. I would say the expectation is that it will probably be renewed. But... to be 100% honest, nobody knows for sure. Chances are good, is about the best anyone can say. (Not to mention, I am highly certain they have NOT even negotiated the commercial agreement with Caesars Rewards for 2020-2021.)
I guess I was just looking for some hopeful reassurance I'm leaning towards taking the gamble and doing 2 years.
Appreciate the insight & thanks again!

I would just do 1 year and see how often you use Diamond Benefits.
You may endup earning Diamond through normal play and not have any need for continued founder membership.
I used my Diamond benefit 5 different times in the first year thanks to all comp nights at Caesar locations throughout the U.S not just Vegas.
