Current and historical promotions
This is a thread for reporting details of promotions in the Finnair+ program.
The purpose of the wiki is to keep a repository of current and historical promotions. This works best if all details are given in a post of the thread. Once such a post is made, edit the wiki and add a short description of promo in headline-style, with a link to the post that holds the detailed information. (You can create such a link by right-clicking the post-number and copy link location).
Do not link to the promo itself from the Wiki, as the promo page is likely to disappear once the promo ended and such link will die, leaving the wiki sans historical info.
Feel free to discuss alterations to the format in the thread below.

Oh there definitely is a line to book Finnair tickets on Crazy Days at times. Evidently a number of autochtones have yet to figure out that Finnair sales the same ticekts for same or better prices online (but at different times of course).

At least here in Tapiola they seem to have a line in the mornings. Afternoons and evening are ok. Saturday it has been almost all day.

Got an e-mail from Accor Hotels, taking me to this Finnair page

BTW I got curious to change the /accor at the URL into /ihg and /hilton and found out more promos

T&C say only that you must register before your flight(s) and flight(s) must be after 1/Apr (and of course I have a flight on the 31/3...)

I'm happy, as I'll have NRT and SIN during the period (+sh's) and hoping that AY's IT won't take the AY metal term too seriously (SYD-SIN on BA with AY code)
With this promotion exhanging extra points to tier points is quite cheap, if one needs it...

I find it weird though, that there's nothing on the AY webpage on this promo, the link is only in the Accor mail (and now on FT ) Maybe this is a soft way of targeting the promo?

I too have codeshares booked, AA ticket on AY metal.
Regarding the extra pts swap to tier points, it makes sense for example to burn 45k if someone is short 15k of Gold status since you gain at least one LH upgrade worth of 50k
Quite generous promo indeed.

It just stroke me that here is a decent J MR opportunity out there, with Quadru-dipping possibility!
If you are AY Plat & Stockmann First:
ARN-HEL-ICN at around 1500€ (in late April there are campaign prices)
30000pts for J ticket
+30000 for Seoul campaign
+4500 for Stockmann First
+7500 for AY Plat
+30000 for Accor promo
= 105000 is not bad
