Current and historical promotions
This is a thread for reporting details of promotions in the Finnair+ program.
The purpose of the wiki is to keep a repository of current and historical promotions. This works best if all details are given in a post of the thread. Once such a post is made, edit the wiki and add a short description of promo in headline-style, with a link to the post that holds the detailed information. (You can create such a link by right-clicking the post-number and copy link location).
Do not link to the promo itself from the Wiki, as the promo page is likely to disappear once the promo ended and such link will die, leaving the wiki sans historical info.
Feel free to discuss alterations to the format in the thread below.

Registration period:

Hmm that's an interesting thought, when's the last time AY+ last underwent major changes concerning earning/redemption rates or tier requirements?
Maybe a 50% devaluation, and a permanent double award promotion?

I guess yours was a rhetorical question. But anyway... old customers are not allowed to have fun :-(
Not that I care that much for award-only points. (Ah, Accor Le Club is so nice in this respect!)
The offer only applies for new customers who have not had a Finnair Plus Diners Club card within the past 6 months.

I guess this is a new Diners "enhancement"... Instead of traditional 10000 points for first transaction (or first 100 euros), newbies have to spend 5000 euros to earn full welcome bonus.
