I think fully enclosed floor to ceiling suite is probable. Wasn't there a rumor of it being like a train compartment?
That's a great upgrade if it is, because unlike the EY apartment one can actually have full control of lighting and temperature, the latter being a big factor.

I remember the first flight on the A388, I commented that it was very hot and the Purser or equiavlent responded "Yes, we just had someone faint in Business"

Not that I spend that much time in F, though have flown the EY Apartments and EK F, my main issue with temp is in Y on the 777 where the forward Y cabin accumulates head as the plane has a slight nose-up attitude and curtains to J trap the heat, been super hot the last few flights. The overarching issue of not being able to control temperature translates into F, where this would be a great feature being able to set it individually, I'd probably keep it quite cool and crisp

First non teaser image is here. It looks incredible. A good amount of space combined with the features in the video and curtains by the window.
It looks more functional than the EY apartment.

Its safe to say EK blew the competition out of the water with this. Much nicer then the EY apartments. And Singapores new suites are actual garbage compared to this.

I would also put this ahead of the EY Apartments, but both are great products (EY having the Seperate seat and bed) and both are better than the new SQ Suites IMO. YMMV.
Even the middle suite/s which have no window view because, well they are in the middle, will now get a virtual window view as per AusBT-
"the first class seats in the centre of the cabin will be 'virtual windows', with external cameras fitted to the aircraft delivering real-time vistas taken from the left- or right-hand side of the jet - and of course, you can choose which 'view' you'd like to see."
SQ Suites will at least have the Double Bed advantage in their Suites.
Shame Emirates is so far behind in regards to their business product. Still 2,3,2?
Qatar's Q-Suite still seems the best Business product to me.
