JFK-MXP 2 for 1 Sale

Hi All -

Do you think it likely the 2 for 1 JFK-MXP sale will return in econ for the summer months? Need to go in July, and am trying to decide if I should pull the trigger on a different carrier, or wait until the sale.

Thanks

Just found out for my flight that emirates cut the miles required for upgrade by half(!).

Never seen this before. Is this a new emirates thing for overbooked flights?

1. Which route
2. How many miles to upgrade
3. Which class to which (e.g. Y-J or J-F)
4. Where did you see this
5. How far away is the flight

You'll be near the front if they need to op up on the outbound. On the inbound, you'll be behind the Flex Plus passengers.

Have a question regarding the free bus service to dubai. I'm on a F EK award ticket to DXB, so i wont be eligible for chauffeur. I know it states that its a free service for Econ passengers. Would I be able to get on this bus for free?

Do you mean Abu Dhabi?

If you want to just get to "Dubai" - it depends where in Dubai you want to get to. In a cab, it will be a maximum of around $25 to get to the furthest point.

That will cost about 200 AED maybe 250 so 60plus USD.

Not much when you've just flown in F.

I know but if you can't even afford a cab to the destination you shouldn't be traveling.
