I don’t know about BOM, but in the cities where I have used it I normally get an email / text / WhatsApp from the relevant company several hours before the scheduled pickup with information about the driver. I would not stress.

In HYD the provider is Blacklane. 99% sure it's the same at BOM.
But I agree with NYC1 above. Nothing to worry about, they are quite reliable. If it's indeed Blacklane, you will receive a confirmation email from Blacklane a few days before the flight. And sometimes a call the day of or day before. And then about an hour before pick up, you will receive a message/email with the contact info for your driver.

They should contact you the day before your flight so that might give you a number, but alternatively have you tried the numbers in the first post in this thread?

Does the business class chauffer take the passenger to the Business lounge or will he drop on the curb/entrance of the airport? Will the chauffer assist or call the wheelchair person because the passenger is a 78-year old woman unable to walk. Have already booked wheelchair on the Emirates Special Assistance page but will need wheelchair right from the cab -whom to contact for getting a wheelchair right at the curb?

The business class lounges (I think at every airport) are airside, so the chauffeur cannot take you there. What airport are you talking about?

In BOM its handled by Blacklane. They will typically call you a day before on the phone number provided. IME they have called me on my overseas contact number too when they were unable to get through my local phone number.

Yeah I think I got confused. I am talking of BOM airport (Mumbai). The chauffer will drop the passenger at the curb but will the chauffer summon either the wheelchair person or someone to take care of the cart with the bags? Because my mom won't be able to drag the cart on her own. I just couldn't get anyone to accompany her to the airport this time so really tensed if she'll make it alone.

In BOM airport, there's a CRPF dude on the entrance and they're usually kind but don't know if they'll summon someone to drag her cart from the curb side to the airline counter inside.

Wheelchair assistance is available outside the terminal. Your mom should not have any issues. The chauffeur should be able to assist with a trolley - they all typically get out the car first, get a trolley, unload your bags, and then open your door for you to step out; in your case your mom could ask him to get wheelchair assistance which I am sure they will be happy to oblige.

I am not sure if that is a reasonable expectation. If you see a uniformed officer anywhere else, would you ask them to summon a person for a wheelchair/ push your cart?

Hi, quick question, booking a multi city trip with a stopover in Dubai, would I be entitled to chauffeur in Dubai?
I have looked in the past thread but couldn’t find the answer,

Birmingham Airport UK Passenger

Hi,

i’d be flying from BHX (Birmingham Int’l Airport- UK) this week and wanted to know as to where the chauffeur drive (im guessing addison lee) would be dropping me off at? Considering there are two drop offs, one is a premium set down and other is the general one.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I can't answer the actual question, but make sure you arrive very early. There are horrendous queues at BHX at the moment :-

Hi, looking to book Emirates First via Amex Travel. Ideally i would select QF codes to boost my BA Tier Points as the collection years are changing.
I understand from Emirates website these are the T&Cs for the chauffeur-drive service:
From 1 May 2022, our Chauffeur‑drive service is not available for customers who have booked with Qantas. This also applies to customers who booked with Qantas and are travelling on an Emirates codeshare service.

It's not clear if 3rd party bookings i.e. travel agents/OTA/Amex Travel would be eligible for CD as they would not be booked with Qantas but would have a QF codeshare.
TIA

I presume the ticket will be on Qantas stock and have a Qantas flight number and that would probably make it ineligible, no matter who books the ticket (you, OTA or TA).
No harm trying, but if CD is a big factor in your decision I would not do it.
