737 do not need to dump fuel,
Sec. 25.1001 Fuel jettisoning system.
(a) If the maximum takeoff weight is more than 105 percent of the maximum landing weight, there must be a fuel jettisoning system

4X-EDC doing LY1005 right now seems like it might be returning to TLV.
EDIT: Maybe not seems like it's climbing normally

Yep, looking at FlightRader all seems fine. Why did you think otherwise?

FR24 was playing tricks on me, seemed like the altitude had dropped down to FL18 when they were actually climbing still

LY363 (operated by a B738 registered as 4X-EKA) took off from TLV for VIA just after 16:00 yesterday, and made an emergency landing shortly afterwards in LCA due to a smell of smoke in the cabin.
The aircraft (and passengers...) were stuck in LCA until close to 23:30 last night before they took off again for VIE.

4X-ELD operating LY11 on its first flight out of maintenance looks to be performing a go-around whilst trying to land at JFK.

Not much just thought it might need to divert back for Shabbat on the way back doing LY8. It was late but would've only been a problem in the winter, not in the summer.
