We have a side-by-side fridge/freezer, so I hide it on the bottom shelf, where stuff we rarely use is typically kept. It's his fault for not bending down to look there more closely.

Her post said that he found it. And I don't think Mr. CE is on FT.

Ondeh ondeh cake :) https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...b7001497b.jpeg Beef shank , butter milk and sea salt chicken along with “ popiah / poh piah “ and not forgetting the kueh pie tee !! Another scrumptious dinner ! Seems like the rage in recent years to have “ fusion “ desserts too . Like ondeh ondeh - miniature round rice balls filled with gula Melaka ( palm sugar ) and smothered with grated coconut are now also found as a cake .. What is under the red lid are the kueh pie tee ‘ shells ‘ to be filled with the turnip / meat filling you see by the black sweet sauce . This and the other accompaniments make up the popiah / poh piah ( like in a spring roll ) , the poh piah skin is and is shaped like a crepe - out of shot . The beef & chicken are separate and do not go in the poh piah . This is one dish where you usually have to do some work - work for your dinner , unless someone else rolls / wraps it for you ;) Different strokes for different folk . https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...e09eb948b.jpeg An amateurishly wrapped popiah |

I don't think she mentioned any other ice creams and besides...I think he would see them now that he has looked at the bottom shelf. It is not like ice cream can be hidden anywhere other than a freezer. Decoy--no he came out eating a bowl of the ice cream.

There was no decoy ice cream, and he found what ice cream there was. He's not on FT.

forgot to ask how you cooked the chips. Gorgeous!
I don't do deep fat frying at home, and I'm pretty sure this holiday rental does not have a deep fat fryer! Also, you really want them to be cooked in the same oil that all that fish is cooked in. Gives them a great flavour. |

it sounds like he only had found 1 Jeni’s ice cream, so does that mean you were down to one Jeni’s only? I thought you had 2-4 flavors at a time.
