I've been lazy about posting lately, and dinners have trended more toward quick meals or takeout as we've been busy. Our last Sitka Shares shipment included several types of salmon. My wife made a baked Coho salmon last night. I don't really care for salmon, but the Sitka fish is so good that I didn't mind it. She rubbed mustard on it and then some type of spice mix on top of that. It was way too mustard-y

Today, we're going to use a thick filet of King salmon to try making lox. A new experiment for us.
