I love cilantro. But I would have to think twice about adding it to that combination. It just feels like a step too far. Otherwise, I would be stealing bites from your plate when you weren’t looking.

Visited a local produce shop today and was inspired to make a horiatiki. In addition to the evoo, I also use lemon juice for tartness. While the tomato wasn't so great, the rest came together nicely.

Dinner: salad with mystery chicken. I found a bag in the freezer and couldn’t tell what was in it. I decided whatever it was; poultry, meat, fish, it was going on top of a salad. I vaguely recall cooking these breasts. It was moist and delicious and well seasoned.
