I used to think cinnamon was just wrong in savory dishes. Then I discovered birria. Game changer. I've since found others, mostly Mexican where it is outstanding.

Yeah, these were rack ribs, so the prime rib was cut from them. There were like five other racks I saw when I bought these. The "dinosaur bones" we all see are beef loin ribs.

They were on my pit barrel for 3 hours and that smoke ring wasn't good enough for my Mom, who thought it was too tough. I don't think she likes smoked beef.

I am kind of with your mom....i find it hard to make beef ribs tender. The flavor is always good but they are never melt in your mouth like a baby back pork rib. The Costco beef ribs were a good price so i was tempted.

It is part of my Thanksgiving stuffing. You can't really tell it is in there, but it wouldn't be the same without it.

Back when Delta had a hub there, I flew through Cincinnati monthly. I never missed at stop at Skyline unless my connection was under 25 minutes. I知 tempted to pick some up from the freezer at Publix this week now that I think about it. I値l skip the cheese, but I will throw it over spaghetti.

:shudder: :)

I just don't understand the attraction. To me it tastes like lumpy catsup with cinnamon.

Dinner: leftover spaghetti squash with sun dried tomato pesto and sweet Italian sausage. Appetizer: surimi with cocktail sauce.

Isn't that what they call a six-way or four-way or something like that? I saw something about it on DDD. One day I'll try making it.

Bacon and cheese pierogies. And a char-siu bao.

Your basic is two way. It痴 chili over spaghetti. Three way adds cheese. Four way differs among the various parlor chains. Some add beans. Some add onions. Five way will get you everything.

The other specialty is a hot dog with chili and a massive pile of shredded cheese. It cannot be picked up. It must be eaten with a fork.

I hated that bus terminal at CVG that all the DL Connection flights used. But there was solace at Skyline.

My partner is from South Bend, Indiana and he likes it. Of course he went to Miami of Ohio and he like his chili without beans. He actually made it recently. I can't stand it, so he froze most of it.

At home:
Hotdogs (Hebrew National all beef)
Steamed with yellow mustard, onion, and dill pickle for me. Air fried with yellow mustard, and sweet pickle relish for Ms. b.
All on regular squishy white hotdog buns.
Home made macaroni salad.
