It is rated by many as the best sandwich in Los Angeles and the store/deli is amazing....every gourmet (mostly Italian) food that you can imagine....one whole aisle is dried pasta (there are also several refrigerators of fresh pasta). another entire aisle is olive oil & vinegars. Forgot to tell what my dinner was. My dinner was my take on "鱼香茄子" or fish fragrant eggplant. (long eggplants, garlic, ground pork, garlic chili oil and flakes) on a bed of wild rice. Ripe mango for dessert.

Dinner was an islands-style (or west indies) roti (not roti canai, or murtabak or kuthu roti). Think chickpea roti that is stuffed with a protein of some sort.
Dessert was another mango. |

Last night -- date night dinner was at the Yahdhouse (Yardhouse) at the Legends in KCK. I hadn't been to the chain since 2021 in HPN and was pleased to see it has expanded to Kansas! They even had Maine beer :)
