Made half of this today as a snack before we went out to dinner. Seared on both slices and cut into thin slices, then just finished each with some coarse Hawaiian black lava salt. Didn’t get pics of the pieces because the kids were too fast (5 and 8 year old loved it). BMS 12 A5 Japanese wagyu.
