There’s a whole chicken under the green onions, carrots and mushrooms. Seasoned with lemon juice and thyme. Ready by 5:30. To be served with cornbread stuffing and Brussels sprouts.

I'm going to feast on an entire Peking Duck tonight. Tomorrow, have a dinner engagement where the hosts are...er...vegans. So, need to load up, otherwise not sure I'll make it through the ordeal. Maybe, after dinner, go look for a late night place where I can get a plate of bbq pork or something.

Thank you. Yes, my neighbor gave me a couple of their tomatoes & I had basil growing so voila! I left the tomatoes uncooked.
