Nope. You'll notice there aren't any tariff tax stamps on the birds. The birds are Albanian (as in from Albany, California). Instead, a neighbor friend and her son brought over a platter of "build your own" shrimp taco fixins, which we enjoyed with the wine displayed in another thread. It's what was for dinner!

In-law prepared tamales (1 rajas, 1 pig) in banana leaf, Mexican rice and refried beans (both prepared by yours truly with sauteed onions, toasted spices) but I did buy the chicharon I added to the beans). And that was what was for dinner.

Southwest chicken sandwich - tater tots were good, though luke warm.
