Saturday Seder (pessach night 1):
matzo ball soup
parsley salad with freshly grated horseradish
dips (Oren’s hummus)
raw veggies
matzah
charoset - apples
charoset - Sephardic citrus
brisket (Costco) - prepped & cooked on Friday, making me late by 30-60 minutes for my gathering with BamaVol
desserts
this was the first time we hosted a Seder. I’m extremely pleased with everything - later last night, I learned that my baby’s basketball match was at 9:25a in Oakland. I got to bed at 2a after much cleanup and I was up at 7a to get us to the gym by 9a. Brutal.

Gordon Ramsey Street Pizza - Doha Airport - it was 105 QAR (28.85 USD) but honestly was pretty good after a 15-hour flight
