Sprout’s had scallops on sale earlier, so I found this recipe on NYT Cooking which turned out to be really good. I only wish I had some cognac to give the sauce a bit more of a bite!

They've started popping up here too. I wasn't a big fan of the noodles (or anything with the sichuan peppercorns). But this was a new place I had driven past so why not? Personally I'd like to see a few more hot pot places, but hey, new is new.. Not sure if I'll go back though.
