Visited KC Craft Ramen with a friend last night. I had the 'KC Red' which is basically a spicy pork tonkotsu! Appetizer was mixed pork gyoza.

Had a nice pesto, bresaola, and burrata pizza inside a Munich beer hall at a pop-up called Strada del Goethe across from the Hauptbahnhof:

This week I made a bunch of NY Times recipes that looked good..

Skillet chicken with mushrooms and caramelized onions - this was great
Gnocchi with brussels sprouts and brown butter - I used less butter and added some italian sausage crumbled out of the casing
Braised white beans and greens with parmesan though I used chard and a mix of parmesan and pecorino. It was good but felt decidedly like a side dish. I served it with some garlic cheese bread.
