This week I made a bunch of NY Times recipes that looked good..

Skillet chicken with mushrooms and caramelized onions - this was great
Gnocchi with brussels sprouts and brown butter - I used less butter and added some italian sausage crumbled out of the casing
Braised white beans and greens with parmesan though I used chard and a mix of parmesan and pecorino. It was good but felt decidedly like a side dish. I served it with some garlic cheese bread.
