I was a fan of Rao's until I discovered Gino Angelini. He is a great chef and has a restaurant in Los Angeles.

The Limone one sounds good!
The limone is great. It's a bit thick so I add some hot pasta water when I mix it with the pasta. Also great with some added shrimp and a little parsley.
I know that it is available at Gelsons and it appears that Amazon is also selling the line.

A very late breakfast lunch today at 4:30 pm. White cheddar mac and cheese with asparagus, lots of pepper and a little bit of pesto.

I dont see Carbone on Amazon yet. I got their 4 pack special for $39.99 including shipping from their website. 24 ounce bottles.
Its supposed to be available now at some stores in the NY/NJ area. $9 or so a bottle. I still havent opened any of the unbroken bottles yet.
Seems to be available lots of places. Its at AJs Fine Foods in the Phoenix area.

I had some yeast I needed to use so I made this St Louis Gooey Butter Cake. I haven't tasted it yet but if smells nice. I was a little confused by the recipe. She says to use glass to bake it in but in the photos she used metal. I figured it's best to "do as I say, not as I do" and went with the glass. I notice her crust is darker than mine.

I lowered the temperature to 335 and baked it for 35 minutes and it was perfect. It will continue cooking as it cools for a couple of hours.

I have not eaten anything since 3 pm Sunday, just drinking Clear liquids including Chicken Broth made from Bouillon cubes.
