A few months ago I discovered a delicious recipe for a spinach/tomato/cheese baked pasta, and I just made up a big batch of it. Should last me to Thursday, I'd guess.
It's a nice mix of hearty carbs and vegetables, and the crispy top with the browned cheese - yummmmmmmmmmmm.....
I'm glad I made it tonight, as I discovered the garlic bulb I had in the cabinet started to sprout (of course, I only discovered this after I had already begun cooking). I was able to cut the offending parts off and use the rest, though.

Well, looks like I’m having ice cream for dessert. Wonder if I have any Robbins Cherries Jubilee.
despite having Robbins Cherries Jubilee, I opted for Robbins mint chocolate chip and Haagen Dasz strawberry. Mega yum.

No I wasn't kidding - I've seen it on tv and it doesn't look very hard (sort of a neat science experiment to eat - heat stuff add magic ingredient - magic puffiness happens) - haven't tried it b/c I'm afraid I'd eat too much

Have not done desserts myself like for 30 years . Afraid I d go overboard too . Love desserts as you can see from the photos I have posted above & on others threads .
Might try your recipe sooner than later though 😉 .

Toasted everything bagel with cream cheese, a handful of blackberries, and a couple of cups of strong coffee.

After viewing FEC's banana split there, I'm going to dump a scoop of ice cream into my coffee. Probably better to admit this here rather than the dedicated coffee thread.

It's in Hebrew haha. I'm happy to share a link if you can read it (or want to try out Google Translate!)
Edit: actually I just tried Google Translate myself, and it doesn't look like a poorly trained space alien wrote it! So here you go:
