There's something about them.

Yep, my condo is between Clybourn and Ashland, about 2 blocks away from where the factory store was...right across the river. We moved our of the city so it's for sale if you're looking for a bit of nostalgia . If you haven't been back to that area for a while, the neighborhood has changed quite a bit in the last 15+ years. But the Costco is still there!

I've only been gone a little over a year. Plans to make a final visit to my dentist, see the Cubs, etc. were dashed. Here's to a better 2021!

I wish you could order the eggs used for the McMuffin sandwiches as they would be considered over medium with yolks.
You can. Just ask.

I remember one time I was with three others at a restaurant. They had meat lover's pizza on the menu so I ordered it. The others with me were all vegans. Perhaps it was related, but it took them 35 minutes to order (they also requested the ingredients compendium from the kitchen as well). I'm sure the waiter hated us.

(and before anyone goes all #cancelyyznomad on me, I like going to vegan places... is that ok? )

My cousin did me a favor and wondered if there were cookies. The best I could do was Irish Cream scones with a Bailey’s/butterscotch glaze. It's great to keep frozen scones in the freezer. When the mood strikes, you can get them out while the oven is preheating.

I used to take great pleasure in ordering steak, medium rare, in front of my sister, who is a vegetarian.

SAVAGE

I know some vegetarians who absolutely loathe the smell of any meat, raw or cooked, aside from the sight of it.
