Yep, my condo is between Clybourn and Ashland, about 2 blocks away from where the factory store was...right across the river. We moved our of the city so it's for sale if you're looking for a bit of nostalgia
. If you haven't been back to that area for a while, the neighborhood has changed quite a bit in the last 15+ years. But the Costco is still there!
