I thought you didn't allow pork in the house?
We’ve done some taqueria takeout in the summer when we had play dates with a friend in south San Francisco. I got to get carnitas burrito about 4 times in the summer, mega yum. And for Mother’s Day a friend came over to drop off a carnitas taco supper from Nopalito, so I got to eat it over 4 luncheons in May. Mega yum. That was a gift so it was EV- to not eat it - I probably saved $10 or so of luncheon money for myself. |

Correct that I won’t buy pork for bringing home.

I picked up two packages of boneless, skinless chicken thighs at the grocery store earlier this week. One has chimichurri seasoning and one has carnitas seasonings. I figured that I'll toss them in the crock pot to cook and they'll be easy tacos or burritos. |

For breakfast this morning: 3 eggs pouched over hot Mexican salsa with refried beans, Muenster cheese, sliced turkey, and bread - tangy, spicy & delicious!
