Lou Malnati’s leftovers reheated on the grill |

I drink iced water - the beverages in the fridge are mostly for others just like I’m the only one drinking oat milk for coffee. The beverages take space. There are 4 units of different cow milks, 2 units of oat milk, and then cans of carbonated drinks and bottles of waters, kombucha, and others. I just inserted a big jug for ice tea and I’m trying to figure out how to add another iced tea jug so that there are more iced tea choices :-)
the pepperocini chips are indeed Kettle brand chips - Safeway / Albertsons and every other major grocer. I love that brand and prefer to buy different flavors when they’re on sale. I can’t resist the bargains. that said, I’m going to run out of chocolate Haagen daaz in late June or early July so time to start buying more... hope they’re on sale soon.

OMG...jeez, are you running a restaurant?? What does your son drink? 4 kinds of cow milk?? Wow, waaaayyy too many choices for a place that isn't a restaurant. Drink what's there or drink water...from the door, not extra bottles in the fridge. No wonder you don't have any room for real food. SMH
That is how I heat up pizza too...excellent. the only water in the fridge is purchased (Hint / LaCroix / Topo Chico) or sparkling. Although the filtered water could also be considered purchased Lol we have a lot of fun! How else to justify the many ice cube trays, all paid with points. thanks to airline devaluation, my 225k UAL points would only get us 3 one-way domestic tickets. I would seriously convert them to amazon points if possible except that it isn’t possible. Sigh. There was a time that 225k was worth a bit more than 3 one-ways! Even in 2018 we only needed 50k for one-ways! i have a tart pan for making quiche - May I use it for making deep dish pizza??? I love Lou’s and have thought about mail order but I’m wondering if I could just make it! |

i am not sure a tart/quiche pan is deep enough. I think i would try a 8 or 9 inch round cake pan. It wont be as easy to get out without a removable bottom . Maybe a springform pan?.

I’m thinking deep cast iron skillet. Would be good for deep but solid crust.

Disappointing baked ziti and a second rate Italian restaurant. I like a lot of aspects of living in NC but I really miss good Italian food (I used to live in New York).

chicken curry with carrots / potatoes over rice for luncheon. Like last week, I enjoyed it so much that I’ll have intentional leftovers for supper. I’ll grill turkey burgers for my spouse’s supper.

Ice cream is still on sale so I bought more ice cream flavors today. I finished off the Lotus (Biscoff) salted caramel, offset by Haagen daaz mango ice cream (not sorbet). Very delicious. I’m a sucker for these sales, esp $2.50 for a 14-Oz unit. Too many flavors so these smaller units are very welcome.
