Better than average day on the food front for a day at home/work.
Breakfast: steak and eggs (had steak in the fridge at work leftover from lunch the day before) and eggs brought from home
Lunch: Chicken sandwich with bacon and avocado and a side salad.
Dinner: I'm not hungry, so beer.

Trader Joe's salad for dinner tonight. (Southwest themed with salsa, tortilla chips and BBQ chicken. Not sure how BBQ chicken fits with the rest of the theme but it tasted good anyway.)

Brunch, I guess...
So I took some ground turkey, shredded sweet potato, onion, ginger, Thai green curry paste, and coconut milk and made some meat concoction that should last a few days. For brunch, I took some riced cauliflower and threw in a little curry paste that I opened up with some coconut cream and threw it in a bowl, topped it with the turkey stuff, a duck fat fried egg, and put some cilantro and pistachio on top. IDK what I'd call it but it's pretty good for what basically amounts to a kitchen purge concotion.
