Please. It sounds very interesting.
plus I’ve been working outside all weekend and at 8.8% ABV, it’s kicking my butt. |

Good. But probably not that different from any chocolate coconut stout you’ve had.

Went to a bottle share tonight, and the Bruery folks brought a vertical of Black Tuesday stouts (17-19). Super boozy at 19%+.
The Burial stout I brought was IMHO superior. Wish I had easier access to Burial. I trade for it regularly, at least. |
The plant manager left a bottle of Rogue Dead Guy ale in my office fridge.

I tried the Drifter Brewing Company's Ocean Aged Triple in Cape Town last evening. Apparently, its matured on the Atlantic sea-bed near Cape Point.

I'm down to a bottle of Guiness Extra Stout in my fridge. It's time to go beer shopping again. We went to Red Robin for dinner on Sunday. Mrs. Swede and I enjoyed a Sam Adams Octoberfest. |

It's still there. I forgot to grab it on the way out the door last night. Fortunately, there's Abita Purple Haze in the home fridge.

The bar-tender at my hotel seemed very excited while suggesting it - the intriguing story and the novelty made it a must-try for me. The company claims that the temperature and darkness on the Atlantic bed is perfect for ageing beer. It's a nice Belgian style Triple - very enjoyable. Would love to have it again but I haven't seen it outside SA. |
