Get well soon. I will have a nice cold one for you, so you don't have to make the effort

My day improved a bit... I found a $50 Macy's gift card tucked away in our attic. I'd apparently received it from a MyPoints redemption, and figured I'd save it for my MIL's birthday or Christmas present. I forgot about it, and since now, she wants Kiva gift cards, I get to spend $50!!!

I use a 3 year old Blackberry with a Simcard for international calling. It works just fine. Why would I want to update it, and deal with issues like pairing it to Bluetooth, etc?

Also, I work out of a Class A building in an Ohio Valley city. I just can't understand how many people spend so much time glaring into their I phones, be it in the elevators, walking on the street or worse, crossing a thorofare without looking and not having a clue about moving traffic.

Perhaps it is a generational thing.

After partaking in the DL/AZ/AF/KL C specials for LAX-MAD and LAX-HEL, it looks like I should be well on my way to DM in 2015.

I can already taste the Woodford and banana combo for breakfast

Having been away from DL for some time, does AF elites (specifically Club 2000) have any additional benefits on DL?

ETA: And just like that, I was hit with another schedule change on UA--now they are giving me a -15 minute connection in EWR from UAX to TATL

Are there any New Yorkers interested in getting together on Dec 24?

But, even though they are termed "global," do they work the same as the old SWU--which was really toilet paper?

I don't have the ticket booked yet, but I will most likely be in California on that date.

I'll book my ticket as soon as Dovster books his. Gotta get as far away from him as possible, ya know.

Was in ATL over the weekend (and saw that magnificent Phillies performance on Monday) then dropped Pharoaha at International on Wednesday morning 9 AM (she heading to CAT and me to HOME). Was astonished at how easy it was because there were only two other cars dropping folks off. Was an easy approach from I-75, too.

Of course, her bag didn't make it.....

You just want to keep all of the baked goods for yourself!

Have had quite a stressful week... getting some work for classes done this afternoon then working from 9:30pm-3am tonight. Should be busy since it's Saturday night and it'll be raining.
