I propose changing the title/ criteria for this thread.

Posts should be limited to, and the title changed to "people you don't have to Google".

This would eliminate B and C list actors, reality television stars, badminton champions, classical musicians, etc..

I'm hurt that you say that right after I post about a reality tv star! (Sarcasm)

He's probably still more of a celebrity than the "prime minister" of St. Lucia - mentioned a couple of pages back.

My 2C seat on a CZ flight to STL today broke on taxi and fully reclined into the lap of none other than the master of BBQ himself... Mr. Famous Dave Anderson!

I'm claiming victory of this thread. We can close it now, mods.

Perfect gentleman, even when some woman in 4d rudely interrupted his conversation with his PA to gush about how big of a fan she was.
Yes, you win. I literally gasped when I read this. One of my all-time favorite actors.

Especially on the 777, 1C and 1D are not even in the same zip codes. From 1C, seat 1D is way over there. Its like on the other side of town!

I'm guessing he meant CP (three letter ICAO code is CPZ).

I met him yesterday, he's in town filming "A Walk in the Woods" with Nick Nolte and Emma Thompson. Their using a friends house as his home in the film.
Btw - the PA you refer to might be his wife as she is with him in town.

Sat next to Billy Dee Williams on my last flight from SLC to LAX. He said he had just made an appearance at comic con.
