I can vouch for the Impossible Meatballs. I had them on JFK-SFO just last week, and they were delicious, with a tasty sauce, and arrived neatly presented. Definitely recommend.

I've had the first 3 menu items, and the breakfast pita ranks the last for my taste.

Does anyone know if JFK to SAN on the A330 is still the snack boxes? Also do they provide the Delta One pillow and blanket?

Anyone aware of what's being served JFK-SAN in C+?
Basically just wondering if I can finally ditch my HotLogic

That's a shame -- maybe that's a pass then. The eggs in the middle any good?

Hot meals starting March in domestic F..gradual rollout

Officially confirmed-return of hot meals in domestic First and Caribbean/Mexico starting March with flights over 1500 miles, then flights over 900 miles later in April…no specific dates probably due to potential supply chain issues…

Another interesting bit in the first linked article is that catering in BOS and DTW is done by Do&Co where the quality of the food is generally superior (even BA’s food has improved ever since switching to Do&Co as their caterer out of LHR).

Its soooooo exciting. Canned wine and undrinkable vodka! Keep climbing!

What about bottled wine isn't sustainable? Aren't glass bottles just as recyclable as cans?

The price? Decent wine can be spendy.

from https://news.delta.com/deltas-driving-change
international Main Cabin customers will also see new dishware made from biodegradable material, bamboo cutlery and a premium paper placemat.
Premium paper! I'm so excited.

as opposed to glassware or hard plastic dishware that's all washable, totally reusable, and can be sourced from recycled materials.

But who needs niceties and actual desirable service when we can be woke?

Maybe in international main cabin, the flight attendants can use a bamboo ladle to just scoop food directly into customers mouths. That'll really empty the landfills.
