1 of 6 so far - DM ATL based

0-2 ATL-LAS-ATL for CES
1-2 ATL-ASE-ATL 1/17-1/23
0-2 ATL-JFK / LGA-ATL 1/30-1/30

the last one should have been 2/2, but there was an ATL-LGA cancellation and the 3/4 full JFK flight became full.

Got an an earlier return out of LGA but per the DM desk, ticketing screwed up. I got into EC, but not on list for first, except for about 1 min ( where I was #1). 2 calls back to DM line said that the ticket was hosed up some kind of way. 2 redcoats at the gate couldn't have cared less. 2 upgrades cleared then 2 more pulled up after boarding.

Today's flights (rebooked from MEM-DTW-SFO)

12:10 MEM-MSP (CRJ9), X fare, #3 of 15 for 2 seats
16:30 MSP-SFO (MD90), X fare, #15 of 49 for 0 seats (I did clear at the gate into W)

I was rebooked into "Y" but given that I was #15 on the MSP-SFO flight it's pretty likely that I wasn't rebooked in the "cool" way into "true" Y that gets you the 150% MQMs.

Or there could have been 14 DMs on the UG list. Remember, even "true" Y no longer gets you the #1 slot...status first, then fare class, even for full Y now.

MSP-SFO is very elite heavy and wouldn't be surprised if quite a few DMs were standing by for an upgrade.

SEA-LAX, Friday AM: Cleared some time
between being rebooked the day prior for due to a weather waiver and when I woke up.
LAX-RDU, Friday AM: Missed. Was #1 for 0 at the gate.
GSO-ATL, Monday PM: Cleared at window
ATL-SEA, Monday PM: Missed. Don't remember what # I was at the gate.
SEA-HNL, Friday PM: Missed. Wife and I were #1 and 2 for 0 at the gate.
HNL-SEA, Monday PM: Cleared at gate. Originally were #4 & 5 for 3 seats at T-24 but the flight was delayed and a few people got rebooked. Went to gate as #4 & 5 for 6 seats

SEA-JFK/ATL-JFK (Saturday): used RUC to clear in advance
ATL-SEA, Friday PM. Missed. Was #3 for 0 at the gate.

So for comp upgrades I'm 3 for 7 this year so far. Doing worse this year so far as a DM then at this point last year as PM (though I did fly different routes early in the year last year but still makes me chuckle - doing worse despite "moving up" )

And there could have been other PMs with "Y" due to being rebooked as well, in which case, other factors could have led to a tie-breaker.

LAX-SEA 6 of 15 - No Upgrade
SEA-MCO 1 of 6 - Upgraded at gate. Interesting to note that up until ~4hr to the flight there was 1 seat. Then there was 4 seats. So ended up 4 of 6 cleared to FC. Nice on a redeye.

I assume you mean JFK not EWR? Or are you reporting UA data?

As a PE, no credit card. I've been staying mostly on CR9/E75s and staying away from ATL as much as possible:

RDU-ATL-MDT - no chance (around #7 on both) on 1/2
MDT-ATL - #3 for 1
ATL-MDW - cleared about 48 hours out

6am Monday RDU-LGA - cleared at window

ORD-LGA-DCA and ORD-JFK-BOS - cleared at about 3 days out. ORD-JFK was almost all Silvers and crew, one empty seat in F.

Went ahead and paid the $100 for W->G on SFO-SLC-ORD. Was going to SDC to SFO-CVG-ORD but only 1A was available on SFO-CVG.

flight 1704, MD88 ATL-MEM, X fare, 6 of 26 for 8 (!) seats, cleared at gate
Same flight, 1 of 1 for 7 C+ seats

This fight was completely filled just a few hours before departure, must have been a major misconnect somewhere.
