I was upgraded 5 days prior to departure from BOS-DTW. At check-in I found that I was downgraded back to C+. Called the desk and they said there was a plane change but I was still 'on the list of any 1st seats open up'. Still not showing on the upgrade list with one open seat. They said there is nothing they can do. Not cool.

LGA ORD, cleared 5 days in advance. First eligible delta flight for an upgrade this year (flew mostly Westjet marketed as a Delta flight and one biz class flight to Cancun). So officially 1/1

PM here, upgraded @ the window for STL>ATL next Monday, but no e-mail from Delta telling me. Same thing happened on my return last week, Upgraded HRL>MSP but no e-mail?

Off topic, but it's interesting that HRL has DL service. Looks like it's seasonal to MSP only? Wonder why it's not ATL.

This seems odd. I've always received the UG email unless it was a gate upgrade. Do you also not get flight change emails?

I have always received the UG conformation at the window when I score the UG, if not for FC for the C+ I was already in! I'm wondering if this has something to do with last weeks meltdown.

applied RUC. JFK-SFO cleared instantly. BOS-JFK didn't clear. It's an crj900 with all open seats in first.
