I have actually laughed out loud several times in this thread.

From pithy comments to (apparently) old broads fighting this thread has it all - a true masterpiece. ^

Thank you so much for the entertainment.

For those of you who are "in" the Delta360 circle, what is your customer score?

Good question... it could give a little insight into the relative meaning of say somebody with a cust val score of 5 vs 25.

Maybe they should rename the status of all the Diamonds who have not made the grade to this uber-elite program... cubic zirconium has a nice ring to it, no?

[QUOTE=oldtirednbusy;21679265] I am not a DYKWIA and if you have ever flown with me you would not know my status, (unless you were there the day I hit 6MM and Delta made a big deal of it) as I keep a low profile./QUOTE]

I was a fortunate bystander when you hit it. T6 if I remember correctly. I enjoyed the show, and I hope you did as well, as you've certainly been a good customer of theirs. /hijack

It was a really nice day, and I appreciated it.

Oddly enough, I do not know what a customer score is or I would share it. I understand the first round of this 360 thing is a trial and mainly is non hub flyers.

Search DL profiling and you can read the thread and find your score.

So far, the service has ben great. One time my luggage was lost and the 360 team followed up and made sure I got it. Another instance was my flight to MSP 45 minutes late and my connecting flight was leaving in 15 minutes. I got a ride in the Porsche and they made sure that I made my connection.

I was not invited to the 360 Program, but have gotten the Porche pickup twice in the last 6 weeks with tight connections. It's a very nice touch.
