I agree with you that outbound transfers are likely to increase (but maybe marginally, as I don't expect there's a huge overlap between Bilt cardholders and WSJ readers, but maybe).

I am not a regular WSJ user, but I read about it elsewhere (here) and transferred my entire points balance (well, almost, due to multiple of 1000) out. My measly 5000 points are likely going to sink Bilt, so watch out :)

Waiting to see if there are any good bonuses for July 1, but will probably transfer 80-90% out soon. Last month was a bit of a let down, so partner tensions could be impacting the program already.

I was thinking the same thing. If the July Rent Day promo looks good in and of itself or looks promising for future promos, I'll stick around. If not, I'll start cashing out regularly (and likely to Hyatt, which I assume is one of the costlier options for them).

Anyone else seeing double payments on there BILT account? I made a payment on my account for 6/20 and it is showing twice. Called CS and they said it was a technical issue they were aware of and a credit would be sent to my bank account.

Speculation: July Rent Day bonus on AS transfers, MVP status purchase
Somebody posted in the Bilt Facebook group that he saw for July Rent Day:
75% transfer bonus to AS for Golds 10k Bilt points for MVP status through December for Golds He had a link to a page on Bilt site showing the 10k offer (which was still live when I clicked it yesterday but has since been taken down), and a screenshot showing the 75% transfer bonus. Presumably Platinum offers would be 100% transfer bonus and maybe a smaller charge for MVP or MPG Gold option, but since he wasn't Platinum, he was only seeing the Gold offers. He also said there would be some Dining Experience again. Of course, take this all with a grain of salt. |
The transfer bonus to Alaska would be awesome; as an East Coast flyer with PP on American idk if the status match would be useful. Also curious if the 10k points would be included in the bonus.

Well, it's true. OMaaT has the details on an Alaska Airlines Rent Day promo. Of note, the up to 100% transfer bonus only works on up to 50K miles, but it's still pretty solid:
https://onemileatatime.com/guides/bi...day-promotion/ There's also going to be a way to buy status with 10K Bilt points apparently, but Lucky doesn't say how long that status will last. If it's until the end of 2025, that could be great too. (Edit here, made more clear by another blogger is that you do get 10K Alaska miles with this - you aren't really buying status, it's just a 10K -> 10K transfer comes with status, but that 10K isn't also eligible for the bonus match). Edit: He updated to say status lasts through the end of 2024, so probably not a taker for me. |
Yet another blog says this will be the final Points Quest month - so no more game show for 250 points after July:

After you get a new card from fraud, how long does it take until you can change the card you charge rent to? In the app, my old card is still showing, but I've received my new card now. I can't add my new card as the card to charge my rent to. Is that something I need to give a couple days or call?

I've been prepaying my HOA fees in 6-month increments since last year, but I'm thinking about prepaying my HOA fees for 12 months the next time (in August). I'll subsequently transfer out Bilt points (to the nearest 1000 increment) to limit my exposure. I agree with Dr Jabadski that I'm uncertain of Bilt's future.
I'm wondering if Bilt folds if Wells Fargo would just product change everyone to one of its in house cards. Maybe the Autograph card? |

is this limit new or were all the other airline transfer bonuses limited like this? |
