I'm not sure if something has changed recently but I'm really pissed off with Bilt. I just paid my building maintenance through the app without issue. However, I went online to pay my garage through the garage company's portal and it was declined. While on the phone with Bilt, I got a text message saying they saw a high-risk (fraud risk) transaction and to call them. The guy on the fraud line was less than helpful, but I think it is now showing up as a "rent" type of payment instead of some other service, and I'm supposed to get some sort of notification that I'm paying a credit card fee (which I am). After four tries, I ended up using my Chase Freedom card :rolleyes: Sucks because I'm paying for two months so it would have been a ton of points. Not surprised that Wells Fargo found a way to screw it up; it isn't the first time they've tried to .... me.
