Given the financial situation reported, the fact the bonus is capped at 50k pts anyway, and the fact I recently burned 70k AS miles on a reward flight that the bonus on 50k would more than replenish, seems it's time to do my first bilt transfer out... Plus realistically AS is the only transfer partner I otherwise have no easy way to add significant points to given you can only churn the BOA cards once every couple years anymore- while all the other partners I can trivially get whatever points I needed from MR/UR/TYP transfers.

This is the first one that's had a limit, as far as I know.

Not clear when the 5x ends. I activated the card in June 22.
5 full days would mean June 26th end date.

Or is it June 27?
I tried the ai chat but not confident in their answer as AI is notoriously bad at math.

I had an unexpected return for 4k today and now I need to spend ~6.6k tomorrow if it is still 5x for me.

I cannot do it today because I maxed out my CL. Can't make cash payment until tomorrow..oops.

It would certainly be a good precedent in a court case. There was already one in Canada where Air Canada was forced to pay out to a passenger who acted in good faith based on bad information that the AI chatbot gave.

Have to say that the Bilt card is one of the most finicky when it comes to rejecting transactions where I have to resort to other CC in my wallet to complete. It is very aggressive at not approving.

Transferred all my points (~20k) to AS. I don't spend on this card other than the first of the month because I put dining on CSR. Will hit Silver by EOY.

Let's say that you hit 50k points from rent alone and don't really spend on the card otherwise. Then you're at Silver. (Rent is capped at 100k points per year which isn't enough for Gold.) By the qualifying points method you need 75k more points to hit Gold and 150k more points to hit Platinum, which is (if you can't consistently use rent day promos) 25k / 50k on dining.
But you can just organically hit Gold/Plat by spending the same amount (not just on dining) with nothing on rent. VFTW says he hits Plat with card spend on the Rent Day promotions, hmm...

Did your transferred Bilt points appear already in your AS account as MP miles? I was expecting the transfer to be near instant but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Yes, they have transferred already within 1 hour. I didn't get the email confirmation from Bilt yet though. EDIT: I got the email

Did the full AS transfer up to the limit. The limit and Point Quest going away shows Bilt doesn’t want to cause a run on the bank + cost cutting.

Oh wow, I've been waiting since the morning and of course the Bilt Support AI chatbot says to wait some more. I feel like this happens every Rent Day there's a meaningful partner bonus.
