Wow. Barclay's Service Sucks
I sat on hold for 43 minutes before a rep came on. Her name was Victoria. She asked the issue, then I noticed, because I'd been on hold for 43 minutes, that I'd been logged out. Told her I needed to log back in.
She hung up on me. Trying to send a secure message with little hope of assistance.

Trip interruption in AA Barclays Business card
My first AA flight to ORD Chicago got delayed 12 hours so the only the only to make to the connecting flight was to take an Uber to Chicago. Does the card have any trip protection? Any recommendations on what documents I need from AA and other parties?

I just got this card from the mail and was approved on Oct 5, but the physical card comes with a regular MasterCard logo (red & orange) instead of World Elite (gray)? Is this normal?

Shoot. Was just looking into this card, to find all former links gone, nothing on the Barclays business card site. Couldn't find further info anywhere online, so came to good old FT...always reliable! Maybe they're retooling for a bigger and better offer...Naive optimism is my forte.

Anyone get this card shutdown for cycling? Or get retention offers for keeping it? I have one with only a $5K limit that I'm trying to use to buy laptops for a buying group.
