I've now emailed Copa at three different email addresses, and the silence from Copa continues. Even their Twitter people won't respond when I ask for help. (I'm trying my best to be polite with them, despite my growing aggravation.)
Even [email protected] hasn't worked for me. Never mind 24 hours -- it's been beyond 72 hours (almost four days) since I emailed them, but I haven't even received a simple acknowledgement from them, stating that they received my email/request.
I even called Copa twice (the US number), but those agents -- though polite and pleasant to deal with -- were simply unable to do anything, other than to look at my account, and tell me to wait for a response.
Any ideas? Does anybody have any contact info for Copa management?

I just e-mailed [email protected] since my conversation with a representative from last week produced no results. Hopefully, whoever monitors that e-mail will be more active. Hoping to get an answer soon.

Have any of you been matched directly from any other Star Alliance program not named MileagePlus?
Have talked to four different reps, more than two hours on the phone over the last week as I try to collect information for a blog post. Some interesting tidbits but also some conflicting information.
Was told that matches from ANY Star Alliance would be automatic. But then was told only from MileagePlus.
Most recently, the figure of a challenge has appeared and EVEN if you were granted a match (MileagePlus), some are showing a 12/2015 expiration date. And you have until 9/30 to fly X, Y or Z amount of miles and secure X, Y or Z status until 02-2017.
Also, they are willing to evaluate matches from AA, LATAM but these cases will be reviewed on a case-by-cases basis. This answer can take upwards to 7-10 days and then you may have to submit documentation. You may receive a challenge as result from this as well.
Appreciate any info whether here or via PM as a try to create a comprehensive, wiki-style list.

As Viajero said, it looks they are doing everything ad-hoc or on case-by-case, except if you have UA status.

First copa flight since July 1st. Plane up-gauged from a 700 to an 800 series 737 60ish hours before departure, adding 4 precious business seats. I was auto upgraded at t-25 after splitting the pnr yesterday. Hopefully the gf snags one of the 2 last seats tomorrow at the gate, although I'm not too hopeful and see myself flying in her 5A seat
Good to see how easy it was (for me anyway) to status match from my United status

I called US number for status match from 1K today. Agent said 48 hours, but status updated to Presidential Platinum within about 15 minutes.

Found a few bugs/issues (& fixes) on their site and processes with the new ConnectMiles. Reported them all and a pretty major one was fixed within 48 hours. Too bad there is no bug submission & reward like on United

No online redemption yet, right? Or am I surfing the wrong waves?

Was told by a reader it took him 20 days to receive his match after he sent his info via email. And they never even replied. There must be a waitlist of sorts.
