I've now emailed Copa at three different email addresses, and the silence from Copa continues. Even their Twitter people won't respond when I ask for help. (I'm trying my best to be polite with them, despite my growing aggravation.)

[email protected] hasn't worked for me. Never mind 24 hours -- it's been beyond 72 hours (almost four days) since I emailed them, but I haven't even received a simple acknowledgement from them, stating that they received my email/request.
I even called Copa twice (the US number), but those agents -- though polite and pleasant to deal with -- were simply unable to do anything, other than to look at my account, and tell me to wait for a response.
Any ideas? Does anybody have any contact info for Copa management?
