aloha box from an ORD RCC.

I just got "dragoned" when I went to the customer service desk to ask for a T-Mo wi-fi card. I was met with a barrage of: "are you flying in First? Are you flying in Business? NO! I didn't think so! No card!"

... uhm. I'm a PClub member.

"I can't give you the card, you have to go to the CO desk."

"I'm sorry, but there's no one over there right now. I can show you my PClub card..."

NO !

The CO rep. came back and I got my T-Mo card. :rolleyes:
