Yup my friend and I went to a hill outside of town that overlooked the city center. We couldn't see anything, but when the wind finally shifted we finally saw all the pollution get blown out of the city.

I have those types of food interactions as well - I also can't eat chicken thighs ...

and you didn't even get one line of rawhide in?

I feel the exact same way! Playing music is such a blast for me....even setting up is no problem because of what I'm looking forward to. It's breaking apart the equipment at the end of the night, loading the truck, and driving home when you're already exhausted that stinks.

3/19 should be a real blast.....breaking down the equipment, loading up the truck, giving the keys to my guitarist so he can drive it to his house, and getting picked up by the fabulous Mrs. xyzzy for a JFK-MEX run ^

When I worked in Hoboken, we usually told the DJ not to come in during big storms, usually the crowds were thinner. Most were Hoboken locals, the out of town crews stayed at their local bars.

Some of my busiest gigs with the best crowds have been during stinky weather. I guess snow scares people more....they must have all stayed home to make french t:rolleyes:ast.

Im in SMF and I spotted a "companion" to upgrade. List is all non-revs and this dude is about 4 inches taller than me. I sat next to him and started chatting and asked if he wanted to try to sit up front. Of course he was a confused kettle but I explained how it worked and he said sure. We approached the GA and the "supervisor" said NO at first citing a new memo that was passed around saying that companion's must be on the same routing. Since my final destination was LGA and his was FLL (lucky b:ostard) the sup wasnt going to do it for me. Then I explained that I just upgraded someone on my IAH-SMF flight and a red coat did it with no problem. He looked down and started typing and gave the boarding passes back and said, I added him.

Can anyone confirm this new policy?

More than half the F cabin is employees and I got stuck sitting next to a smelly old man :( They are having way too much fun. Just curious, are they allowed to drink on flights as a non-rev?

That'd be the difference. I have a 7HP, 4-cycle, 2-stage thrower. About the only thing that'll clog the chute outright is if I'm trying to throw 6+" of slush.

And, I bought it using AX points at Home Depot. ^
