I think someone drove through the Sixth Avenue side of the Gray's Papaya storefront. I'll stick to to Papaya Perro. @:-)

Are you going to post 31more times tonight?

That should cover most of the larger critters you'll run into in Texas, aside from the snakes.

You forgot the cow sized wild pig, that is a farm raised pig crossed with a javelina that is a fierce huge beast!

What a foxtrotting cowardly hit by Carter, blindsiding him after the goal. What bothers me even more though was the Devs reaction, or lack of thereof. Here was a guy who just scored a shorthanded goal, then took a pounding for the team. Instead of using that moment as a rallying cry, they let the Flyers skate all over them from that point. This team is starting to worry me.

Agree with everything except the part about the timing. I refuse to defend and Phlyer actions, but I would like to see a really slow split-screen. I could not catch whether or not the puck had crossed the line before the elbow made contact. I watched every replay that Versus showed and I still couldn't tell. One announcer did say that the elbow came as Salmela's arms were on the way up, which indicates to me that the last thing he saw before the lights went out was the puck going in the net. But that was also the same announcer who called the hit a "collision" as opposed to what it really was, which is a malicious and obvious attempt to injure. I could live with a shoulder to a player's head if the recipient has their head down. It's on the individual to protect themselves and deconflict themselves while on the ice. Had Carter's shoulder whacked him, I really wouldn't be as upset. The damning thing to me is the right hand coming up off the shaft of the stick. If Colin Campbell doesn't see this hit as malicious, I really don't know how he could see it. Salmela's agent Tweeted that he lost several teeth and refractured an already broken nose. Watch nothing come of it because he didn't get a concussion.

And yes, the lack of retaliation bothers me immensely. I get that two wrongs don't make a right, but Carter should have had a target on his back for the rest of the game.

Marty is too arrogant to admit that he's tired, and this season has made me a vocal opponent of pros in the Olympics.

ATL around Peachtree is sadly pretty much everywhere in ATL. I stayed at the Hyatt Place Downtown at the intersection of three Peachtrees (no, not kidding).

My understanding the reason why they have so many streets named "Peachtree" in Atlanta was to confuse the Yankees. (Hmm, didn't seem to bother Sherman much.)

Hogzillas are best avoided, unless you're packing at least a .270, and are an accurate shot.

Ah, yes. Our transplanted non-native capybara. Often observed in golf course ponds. :-:

When you are doing scorched earth campaigns, directions hardly matter.

Truth be told, he was probably following the orders he was whispered to by the Death Star.
