That fact that no branch visit is required makes the deal even better. Assuming I have no problem getting my miles, I will likely sign my wife up for an account as well.

Before the online process was expanded, Chase wouldn't even let a TN resident start an application.

Congrats on the milestone. ^

If I had been paying attention I might have had two in a row since I only missed by 2 posts. Oh well. :)

I just came back from a little shopping spree at Vinyl Solutions. This was like walking back into the past....a store full of vinyl records, cassettes, 8 track tapes and CDs, used and new.

My car has a cassette player so this store is like manna from heaven.

I usually go to Rasputins, when I'm out there, pick me up a big box of those large CDs
Where is Vinyl Solutions?

Yes, it would be in poor taste, although you could fly to Dublin and hang out there while the couple toured the rest of the island. As they passed thru Dublin you could entertain them.

Wendy was at the last DO. We ran into one another at the airport and were staying at the same hotel, along with several other FTers.

I missed by one and I've been offline today - that would have appeared to have been a prime example of sniping had I not been able to get Baymont's internet to work for a half hour.

Missing by one hurts. Atleast with two, you go "oh well, next time". :D

She will be putting in an appearance on Carousel 5 promptly at 4:30pm Sunday and Monday. Should you wish an audition with Her Majesty please arrive between 4:30pm to 1am.

I was unaware HRM kept regular court hours for her subjects :D

I can't believe what wusses people are. I've had gigs in ice storms, driven through flooded streets, etc. The fact that both of these places decided to close for just a few inches of snow really irks me.

I guess they couldn't get any of their employees to come in because they were scared.

Thanks, I'll likely ask again when I again head back that way.
Goodwill and Salvation Army are good for LPs\cassettes as well-usually fiddy cents or so

It's not that kind of calendar.

I just made a ghost call to the place we were supposed to play tonight to satisfy my own curiosity...turns out they're open but they say they might close early if they don't have a big crowd.

I'm convinced that both places canceled the band for fear that having to pay us if the crowds didn't turn out would cut into their profits.

My top score in Wii Golf went from E to -2, and I'm now a Pro in everything but Boxing. Conquer that and then take on Sports Resort.
