If my house were assessed at $150,000 more than I paid (heck, if my home was assessed at $150,000 period), I would be in the County Clerk's office with coins if an assessor appeal failed.

It looks like we are going to take a quick jaunt to SFO Feb 20-22. Any recommendations on :-:wood properties in the area?

Do they drug that groundhog to get it to cooperate? It always looks like there's something not quite right with him. Every year I hope that poor creature takes a swipe at that doofus in the ridiculous top hat.

Intriguing. I'm going to apply later today.

It's takes all of 20 mins to do - the hardest part is the "test" which, btw, print the page directly prior to it. Most of the answers are on that page.

It pays only a few cents, or less, per things you answer or sort/expedite. For folks with free time it can generate a small - really small - income. Good for college types who just need cash to get by.

And i highly suspect it'll fill all the positions quickly - so now is better then later. You don't need a long history or resume or anything, it's literally a quick questionaire then the test.

While in financial district which is fairly quiet during weekends, the LM San Francisco is a really nice property IMHO. It seems to have a good reputation for treating SPG PLT's well. I have always seemed to get a suite upgrade, and often the upgrades are pretty awesome. ^

I know one of the honchos at a hotel management company that has a property not far from where Phil does his thing. He accurately points out in a very deadpan style to anyone who will listen that the hotel only sells out one night a year.

I wish writing quizzes was as easy in all classes as it is for Global Logistics ^

IIRC, the full-Y MSP-LGW mistake fare also made an appearance during a DO. As I've heard the story relayed to me, mass social-disengagement ensued as natural FTer Asperger's obsession kicked in and everyone rushed to make travel arrangements. :D

I well recall that. A few of us booked tickets during the happy hour. Then, when CO Insider walked in a few of us asked him if he'd been to MSP or LGW lately. After dinner, a bunch of us hung out in the hotel lobby booking away. That really upset a drunk bridesmaid who showed up in the lobby after a wedding...

Break a leg - I got a 95% on the test, I'm pretty sure the question about "why judges robes are black" is the one I sorted into the wrong category.
