You'd rather they fly an ERJ-145XR? That is about the option on midcons that are long and thin with CO, since they don't have an E170 option....

I'd rather have the -700 that was originally scheduled for the flight!

I believe there are only two left in the fleet, so a real novelty.

Wow! Rarer than I thought, I was under the impression that there were still four around. When will the last two go?

aus-ord-sea-dfw-bos-ord-sea-ord-aus. 11100 EQM and a whole lot of . I'm still wheezing from the terminal run at DFW.

Oh crap. Just received a call from AA. They say my bed has been taken out of service. They've rescheduled me to the guest room at 5:45 am. :p

(g'night! :) ).

Too bad it was not UA instead of AA - that itinerary could be one round-trip on the former rather than end-on-end ticketing with AA :D

Good night.

Although I'd rather fly three segments than do CLT-HNL on US.

Depending on what time of year you go, you may be facing two segments if you do CLT-HNL, as they were making lots of fuel/tech stops in PHX when the flight first started (according to the threads in the US forum and on usaviation.com). That flight was also pretty late most of the time. On the other hand, by 2011 they may have some of the kinks worked out.

Hope you get some sleep at some point.

I was up at 5:10. My wife woke me up at 5 wondering if I slept through my alarm (which was set for 5:10). Nice to know that I have a backup system. The first train into Philadelphia was surprisingly crowded.

Nothing like a nice 5 am EWR run. :o Back home now, no class till 11. On most days, I might take advantage of the fact that I'm awake to get work/gym/etc in, but I think if I don't try and get a couple more hours of sleep I will be dead on my feet tonight...

So, back to bed it is.

Hope everyone had fun at ITA class yesterday - sad that I could not attend. Really looking forward to tonight though!!

I ws up at 5:10 as well. But I was startle awake by a weird pseudo-nightmare where manikins had been set up all over my old Ann Arbor apratment and spooked the hell out of me when I got home.........I saw I am Legend for the first time on Saturday...guess that's it.

Morning, box.
