I have managed to get my appliance package down to under $20,000. Still trying to get it down some more!

I need everything - dishwasher, micro/wall oven combo/built-in refrigerator (high end kind)/range top/beverage center/washing machine/dryer.

Managed to get a sub-zero refrigerator into the package and still stayed under $20k. But, I think I am going to dump the refrigerator and go for a Kitchenaid instead. too many complaints about the Sub-Zeros. This will reduce my bill by anohter $1,500
