That's what they should doing. They should also listen to their passengers and focus on some of the major customer service issues they've got. But their management seems more focused on being the biggest and continuing to grow.

Stop bringing common sense into the equation. Focusing on that would prevent them from reaching their goal of world domination, right before they collapse like PA did.
