I can't imagine how JL/DL will pass anti-trust, with DL already owning a sizable number of slots at NRT, a combination with JL will dwarf everything and DL will find itself in the same position with JL as AA has with BA. |

If I was running DL, I would focus on absorbing NW. I would consolidate and focus on getting to profitability.
