Yeah, I saw the same on SeatCounter. We're heading back to ABE, and there are a handful of available options on UA that could get us there later in the afternoon. I think I'd actually prefer MSP-ORD-ABE over MSP-EWR-ABE.

Not wanting to do the I-78 bus ride tomorrow? :p

UA is looking real good on MSP-ORD tomorrow, but EF is showing Y0 on every ORD-ABE flight tomorrow...if you really want *A miles, there might be some US routings via CLT...

I did it once for the experience, but my wife is not big on the idea. :)

I was surprised how open the MSP-ORD flights appeared to be tomorrow. I'd consider a US routing through CLT if we were up front...

Wow - availability seems to have changed drastically since this afternoon!

My crystal ball says, "Enjoy the pack plane." Currently not overbooked.

I'd trust sfogate's crystal ball over my crystal ball.

Thanks sfogate! Saves me the work of trying to locate an alternate routing.

We're already in the exit row so pack away!

I always try to have alternate routings in mind - never know when there will be a cancellation or equipment change.

I do too, but knowing if I'm going for a VDB makes it a lot easier for me to come up with backup (crazy) routings, while I might take a casual glance at some normal backup routes if I intend on taking that flight.

Although I'd hope by tomorrow evening things are somewhat resuming normalcy.

That might be wishful thinking. The Metro isn't even running to more than a handful of above-ground stations yet. DCA Metro station is still shut down, also. Bus service was suspended again early this evening (what little of it was actually operating). There basically will be very little public transportation available tomorrow, but cabs are starting to reappear.

We live a bit too far but they sound great! ^
