Sitting on a stool at the bar of my regular Italian place tonight. Happened to sit next to Tony. He's apparently a huge flirt but also felt compelled to let me know that he wasn't really hitting on me the whole time we were talking, even though he was. Something about telling me how cute I am and how masculine my name is doesn't really seem all that innocent. But it sure was fun. I like getting hit on, even by the boys. It does wonders for the ego. :D

Did you tell him your name was Butch? ;)

Decent ice cream but terrible food. Not a fan of friendlys at all. :td:

Yeah, kind of like a Denny's with ice cream.

I'm in. Shall I ring up my friend in London to find us a venue?

I don't think we'd be overly welcome in any Pub in England.

YES. ^

My son and I got up every morning at 6am to watch the last World Cup. We are a true soccer and football family.

I had the misfortune of arriving at LGW the morning after England was knocked out. A massive sea of people arriving on various chartered flights all at once. I would liked to have experienced watching a England match while I was there.

I had to fly into SLC the morning after the Olympic Closing Ceremony back when I was a corporate trainer. The TSA had zero idea of what they were doing then

And the answer to my burning question of "how will the metal roof handle the snow" was just answered. There was just a nice little avalanche which scared the  out of me.

Don't you have the snow catch things on the roof?

Only if we were playing France. GLA or EDI might work better.
